Dennis Stowell's favorite answer is always "we need to study it and find out what the real problem is."
That takes too long. I'm more of a nuts and bolts kind of person who likes to jump in and get things done.

Thank you for the good note.
I'm thinking of all Binghams today... I did this in part because of my rich heritage and for all of the people who came before me, who built this great state on the values of hard work, common sense, and a desire to create the best life possible. I'm doing it for them.
No matter how it turns out, I'm glad I did it.
